Region: Veneto, Italy
Grape Variety: 100% Glera
Ai Galli Prosecco Burt is a delightful sparkling wine from the famous appellation of Prosecco in the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Fine and delicate sparkling wine, obtained from Glera Doc grapes vinified in white, traditionally sparkling in an autoclave for about two months, then filtered and bottled in cold.
Tasting: Straw colour with fine, lingering perlage. On the nose the scent is clean, pleasantly fruity, reminiscent of rennet apple and peach blossom. The flavour is soft and well-balanced, with a pleasant freshness that, combined with the finesse of perlage, extends the pleasant aromatic sensations.
A versatile wine, easy to drink and particularly good as an aperitif, with cheese and fish appetizers. Ideal throughout the meal, with delicate dishes.
