Appellation: Bordeaux Superirur A.O.C.
Grape Varieties: 50% Merlot, 30% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Blend of our two terroirs of Château Courrèges and Château Mirambeau Papin, Hill is built with the merlot born on the limestone soil of Yvrac le petit verdot and the old Cabernet Sauvignon from St Vincent de Paul, fed by the rich clay of the Domaine. The low yields allow a fully mature harvest, rich and complex grapes. After the handmade harvest, the vinification is carried out gently to capture the deep fruit of the grapes and extract the dense and fine tannins. The aging is done in barrels for twelve months. The wine has a complex nose of cherry and ripe, a rich and deep mouth, excellent for accompanying meats and dishes in sauces.
