The cuvée gets its name from Jean Duseigneur's odyssey, who left his homeland on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea to create the Domaine Duseigneur in 1967.
This wine comes from a plot located near the village of Saint Victor La Coste, on the right bank of the Rhône. The vinyeard is planted on North facing hilllsides, the most exposed to the wind.The soils are predominantly sandy-clay mixed with layers of rolled pebbles. A thick forest surrounds the plot and makes a natural border.
Tasting: Domaine Duseigneur Odyssée show beautiful purple ruby color, it has a spicy aroma with hints of dark berries and charcuterie. The taste is medium-bodied in an elegant fruity and slightly tight style with hints of dark berries and spices.
