Kanzler The Kanzlerrebe is a rarely grown white wine grape that delivers fruity, high-quality wines. It is grown exclusively in Germany, especially in the wine growing region Nahe.
The name Kanzlerrebe is an allusion to a respective property of the first three German Chancellors that should be characteristic of the wine: refined as Konrad Adenauer, Ludwig Erhard as full-bodied and elegant as Kurt Georg Kiesinger. The wines have always a very high quality and aromatic and a high aging potential.
Very fruity, complex and ripen. In the glass pale golden, in the nose intense aromas of pineapple and candied fruit, on the palate tropical fruits, citrus and honey. A sweet, pleasant to drink Spätlese, which makes an excellent companion to Asian dishes, snack or fondue in social circle.
