Château Haut Peyrous is located near Langon to the south-east of Bordeaux. Céline and Fabian Goulard have been the happy owners since 2012 of 12 hectares of vines grown organically on libero-ligneous land. They try to put their know-how at the service of quality wines with a real personality. The great diversity of their terroir makes it possible to produce wines in AOC GRAVES with the respect and care given to their vineyard.
Tasting: The relatively intense straw-gold color is brilliant and engaging. A sublime nose for those who appreciate almond, honeysuckle, hawthorn: unique but terribly enchanting aromas! The Sémillon dominates the debates here at the aromatic level for our greatest pleasure. A touch of vanilla gives the bouquet a creamy and savory impression, with a still very present but noble and integrated woodiness. The mouth offers a nice roundness on the attack, smoothness then balanced by a freshness bringing length to the mid-palate. The finish is a persistence of aromas from the nose with a hint of exotic fruits of the most beautiful effect.
