Grape Varieties: 100% Riesling
Riesling is thin for epidermis and sensitive to rot, so it is suitable for precious wine, but late pinching like ice wine can only be harvested in a blessed year.
Bright golden color. There is sweetness and good acid with elegant Riesling. Soft mineral content, slightly Mirabel, apricot, peach and yellow fruit scent.
There is firm sweetness, there is acid, and that acid turns sweetness into a refreshing mouth. It looks like lemon candy. Because it is sweet at first and refreshed afterwards, it can be said to be authentic ice wine which does not get tired of drinking!
