Deep garnet. High viscosity. The scent is a mixture of ripe blackcurrants, plums, licorice, nutmeg, cloves, and black pepper, with a toasty oak scent. The scent of vanilla, coffee, bitter chocolate, and fine fragrance, yet with an animal nuance. In addition, the attack is soft and has a thick body, with a condensed fruity flavor. It contains minerals, has a strong skeleton and a strong alcoholic feel, and has a strong liquor quality. At first glance, it boasts a soft and silky texture that is both powerful and delicate. Full body with rich body. The bitter afterglow continues into the aftermarket.
Recommended dishes include beef, lamb, roasted duck, beef stew, stewed hamburger, game, and sausages.
