These plots of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc are over 10-years old, carefully-selected clones, and give the best grapes of the property. Between 10 and 12 hectares depending on the vintage, producing 40,000 to 60,000 bottles. Late harvest, long maceration, gentle stirring of the lees, and finally ageing for 12 months in barrels of the best French oak.
