Sparkling light, very fresh and agreeable, made with the variety “Airen” with controlled fermentation at 18°C and selected yeasts. Combination of a dry and fruity sparkling with Spritz notes. Light and refreshing taste of bittersweet Orange with herbaceous notes. Serve with ice.
